These terms govern use of the WelDNA website, WelDNA Simple Resume, and related services.
WelDNA Inc. is a Texas company based in Cypress, Texas. WelDNA provides human-managed and AI-assisted professional services, including résumé and career-support services. Questions about these terms may be sent to resumeorders@weldna.com.
WelDNA Simple Resume is a self-service career-document application. The current subscription price is $29.95 USD per month. The app can use résumé, job-description, and optional LinkedIn evidence supplied by the user to create draft résumé materials, a targeted cover letter, and an HR-style scorecard in supported Word and PDF formats.
The subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. Stripe processes subscription payments. Taxes, if required by law or enabled at checkout, may be added to the amount shown.
WelDNA services are human managed and AI assisted. Simple Resume outputs are drafts. You must carefully review and approve every document before using, sharing, publishing, or submitting it. You are responsible for correcting errors, confirming dates and facts, and ensuring that every statement is truthful and supportable.
WelDNA does not guarantee an ATS score, recruiter response, interview, job offer, promotion, compensation level, hiring decision, or other employment result. Employers, recruiters, ATS providers, and job descriptions use different methods and criteria. Any score, review, recommendation, or comparison is informational decision support, not an employer assessment or employment decision.
You retain ownership of content you supply. You confirm that you have the right to use and process that content and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential or personal information. You grant WelDNA the limited permission needed to process your supplied content and provide the requested service.
You may not use the service to create false credentials, fabricate experience, impersonate another person, violate law, interfere with the service, bypass access or payment controls, reverse engineer protected methods, or distribute the app or its components without written permission.
WelDNA owns or licenses the website, application, branding, templates, scoring methods, workflows, software, and other service materials. These terms grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service while your access is active. They do not transfer ownership of WelDNA intellectual property.
The service may rely on third parties, including Stripe for payment processing and browser or document technologies for file handling and downloads. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. WelDNA is not responsible for an outage, restriction, or change controlled by a third party.
WelDNA may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service quality, or business operations. WelDNA may update prices or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” WelDNA disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WelDNA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, data, or business. WelDNA’s total liability arising from the Simple Resume subscription will not exceed the amount you paid to WelDNA for that subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WelDNA Inc. harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your supplied content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve it by written notice and direct discussion. Any legal proceeding that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the self-service website and Simple Resume subscription unless a separate written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without written permission from WelDNA.
